Equipment was cleaned, the interior was messy from previous usage. Customer service was low, bad experience. The individual at the point of return was rude and very unprofessional. Surely never going to use the service again.

Nothing to improve. The service was outstanding both for the pickup and return of the equipment.
JERILYNN EYou need to have personnel on sight that can help with the rental. When the app is not working correctly, its even more important. It took us 2 hours to pick up the truck because of app issues.
