Was able to drop off very easily. The gentleman on duty at the site was very helpful and offered to check in for me rather than use the app. The drop off process was efficient and fast.

EMMANUEL REquipment was cleaned, the interior was messy from previous usage. Customer service was low, bad experience. The individual at the point of return was rude and very unprofessional. Surely never going to use the service again.
Bennett AThe person who checked me out and helped me didn’t have any customer service. They kept taking customers over me while I was trying to check out the rental when I returned it they overcharged me for gas. I took her before and out the picture they had two other charges on there was not accurate so I had to call to get those taken care of When I return the rental. He didn’t want to come check it out. Very poor customer service.
