Lydia UIf i could give less starts i would lol, place smelled like week. I followed the guy out the front you can see clouds of smoke coming from the open garage doors. It reeked of weed. Very unprofessional. The truck that I picked up had no dolly and no loading ramps. It was also on an ⅛ tank of gas. I was suppose to pick up in santa maria but they worker didnt save my reservation so i had to go an additional 40 miles out of the way to this crap location. I will never use uhaul again i will be going to enterprise. Its crazy how a major company will allow a shop to rent out there trucks where they smoke drugs during business hours. I will be writing a report to the Better Business Bureau
