I can't comment on the location or the attendant because I returned the truck on a Sunday and the place was closed.

I rented a truck from them for 5 hrs. They charged me $45 for fuel and charge me 2 days instead of 1 when I returned it on time and gas were it was. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless they want to get over charged for a U-Haul rental. Lady I spoke to didn’t even car as if it fully dependent on over charging U-Haul customers. Absolutely discusted. I was charge a total of 289 when it should have been more then $150 . DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION
David RLocation was supposed to be open for pickup and was not. Couldn't make contact with anyone from the company. After an hour of sitting on the phone with uhaul we got a different truck for mobile pickup, only to find when we arrived at our location to move that the back of the truck was crawling with roaches. Had to go buy spray before we could load truck so we didn’t get anything in our belongings. Upon return of the truck the company had a few employees there who were rude, almost hit my car moving a larger uhaul in the parking lot. And were trying to get me to hurry up and move my car while I was trying to checkout uhaul! Don’t recommend ever renting from this location again!
Amanda CClean the filth out of it. It stunk very bad and had cremeasumyungguy all over the center console. It was burning and wreaked of coolant. Along with the driver front hub going out and smelling like burnt grease while popping. It swayed very bad and felt very unsafe to drive. It was also very very gutless, almost to the point it was unsafe to drive.
Tyler VCheck in and check out were easy and the truck was up to snuff. No problems at all. Thanks for the good rental.
