I paid online the night I ordered the truck. The next day at the pickup they tried to charge me again. Not to mention the after hours drop off app was not working. Very auful experience

I had to wait for customers to leave before the clerk would help. This took 15 minutes due to their "shopping". I recommend a proper uhaul Centre.

Truck pick up time was 3:30 so no one was available to complete the documents when I arrived at 3:00. I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes. Fortunately I was able to complete the transaction online and didn't have to wait.

The man that was checking me in called the night before and asked me to change my pick up time from 9am to 9:30am due to another customer being booked at the same time and to reduce wait time. I agreed and walked into the pickup location the next day at 9:20am... he was not present. The tenant working the convenience store called him and he said he was on his way but didn't show up until almost 9:45am putting my move behind schedule by at least 15 mins. When asked about the late arrival he responded that traffic was bad and that he had to drop his daughter off somewhere but he was very incoherent and seemed more stoned than anything else. After signing the insurance and agreement, he didn't give me my copy and was about to take us out to the truck (without the paper) until I asked him about it. When he brought me to the truck, it was disgusting. The cab didn't look like it had be cleaned in months and the back hadn't been swept since at least the last renter used it with bits of plastic and screws scattered across the floor. To make matters worse, I had included a dolly in my rental but the man checking us in didn't even look at that on the rental information as he was surprised when I asked for one. He also didn't have a U-haul dolly, it was old and rusted with cobwebs in mats around the metal and actually belonged to the convenience store. All-in-all, based on this experience alone I would never recommend a convenience store pickup or drop off location (I chose this location because it was the closest to my then apartment) as it was far from convenient. If you want to improve this location, I would suggest hiring someone more responsible or moving the location to anywhere else.

Have the right truck available....was booked on line. Charged for kms as miles. Does that mean the odmeter is calibrated in miles rather than kms. If so....that is wrong fir a canadian location. Means I paid more than anticipated.

I was very pleased with pick up location and proprietors. The on-line booking experience was distressing. I intentionally did NOT select the coverage, however, when my booking was printed at the pick-up location it included the extra coverage charge. Also, when I was completing the on-line form, I intentionally DID NOT want to fill out my information and ‘skip the line’, but the site would not let me skip this page. I had to fill out my information before completing the booking. Very frustrating. If I choose to book with U-Haul again, I do not plan to use your on-line booking.

Pick up was a disaster! I booked the truck in January for pick up at Jack Campbell Variety 153 Gladman Ave. London, ON. I checked in a week before but when I went to pick up the truck they had no reservation system wide for me and all trucks were booked even though I had a confirmation number! It was university moving day. Jack Campbell was not very helpful but we contacted dispatch and they were able to get a truck at a different location but we had to have it back a few hours later because they had booked it for another person. It put stress on the move considering I had hired movers to help load/unload and they were only showing up a few hours later so we ended up packing most of the stuff ourselves so that we didn't delay the truck return. It worked out in the end but I would suggest calling monthly to make sure your reservation is still valid before you just show up to pick up your truck!!!

This location was good but your booking is awful. Tried to book at a location near me and when I called to find out pick up time, they didn't have my booking. Went through your 1-888 number and was told it would be no problem to get the truck I wanted but again no truck. Booked online and had a confirmed reservation but when I went to pick up truck had not been returned and had to change everything to the next day. Booking trucks very poor

Was told by uhaul rep that I could change drop off location without charge and then took a long time at the pickup location to process all the paperwork. Waited 1 hour at the pickup location. Poor service.

just received my final bill and found I had a charge for fuel !!! his reading of the fuel gauge does not match the picture I took of the gauge when I dropped it off > the place looked sketchy so I made sure I had proof of how much the gauge said . I also informed the counter person that there was a dollie cart and blankets in the truck that I did not rent and the truck was unlocked >I thought my honesty would be returned I guess I assumed

I just wish that the payment could have gone through on my credit/debit card, I do have ample funds to deal with issues like this instead of ending up getting a truck and paying cash and not get what I wanted to begin with. With that note it had cost $170 more for the truck and insurance. This was the only bad experience.

Clean off the snow and ice from vans and trucks. Clear area around trucks and vans from snow and ice. It took 15 mins to get out due lack of winter tires.
