Trailer was covered in dirt and mud. Straps were filthy. I had to wash my hands everytime i touched anything on this trailer. Wheels had mud and dirt caked on the inside making the trailer ride rough as hell between 65-80kms an hour an hour…..had to deep clean the trailer in front of my house to avoid being charged a fee for bringing it back dirty, even though thats how it was left for me. Then had to clean up said mess in front of my house. The amount of mud and dirt that came out of the wheels was ridiculous. Absolute joke that this thought to be safe and was left for someone to rent. As it was the only one available, I had no choice. If there are other options in the future when I need to rent something like this, uhaul will be used only as a last resort.

James NI booked online, picking pickup and drop off locations. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was asked where I would be dropping it off. I didn’t know off the top of my head and said that it was a location near Vancouver Intl Airport. I was called several times after picking up the vehicle about my drop off locations and was told that I needed to drop off at a location I didn’t pick. I had a small annoyance with the U haul agent who was admitting that they had made a mistake but I still needed to drop off at a different location. I refused and said that I would be dropping off at my original location.
