Picking the vehicle up, the clerk was new was apologetic, but it took an hour for me to get to the vehicle. I was supposed to pick up at 8:30 and I didn't get out until 9:30. The ignition was horrible.I would have to fight to try and get the key out , and it would often take upwards of ten minutes for me to get the key out of the ignition. Upon returning the vehicle i had put gas in the tank to reflect where the gauge was when I picked the vehicle up. However, when I received my invoice, this location shows to overcharge me $123 to fuel the vehicle and put gas in the vehicle. When my photos that were submitted clearly showed I was on par with where the gauge was when I picked it up their fraudulently , trying to charge for refueling and gas , and that is not the case , and I wonder how many times they actually may do this to customers and customers not notice. I called the location twice to ask them to call me to resolve the situation.They didn't in between my 2 calls.I posted a Google review and the owner replied for fuel discrepancy.All you need to do is call.I called again and left another message.And they still did not call me back. I would never recommend this location for renting a Uhaul.

The location is great but the app sucks!
ARTURO CWith all due eespect. You need to review and replace ALL your communications. Starting from the simple OPEN add that you have in the office after hours. Then your application has several issues, including one infinito loop that does not allow to complete. I lost 1.5 hours between receiving and returnibg the truck !!! At the end I gave up and had to call to another office who said they could not help. ZERO CUSToMER service and Zero love for the brand in that other office.

James YA complete disaster when it comes to checking the truck in and out especially on the return of the truck where you had to punch in a code to the storage lockers. Seems no one truly knows the right code to use and communicate with the customers. I also over filled the tank and asked for the credit to have that portion refunded and surprise surprise nothing!
