The gas tank was maybe a millimeter below what it should have been and they still charged me. Not the way to entice a customer to return

Really well maintained equiptment. The only problem I ran into was using my credit card. I was told that I didn't need to pay until I returned the vehicle I was renting, but the shop owner (at the rental location) then explained that they needed $78 from my card at the time of rental. I didn't mind, but then their machine wouldn't take the $78 on my card. After 45 minutes into the process, the store owner said that they needed a minimum of $200 on my visa for it to process correctly. 15 minutes later the second man then took me outside to inspect the vehicle and lit a cigarette and went through the interior and exterior of the van I was about to rent. It seemed a little rude but I didn't say anything. The whole rental process took over an hour since I had to call my bank a few times and adjust some funds around just for everything to work with my card. I paid in cash upon the return of the vehicle, so the whole credit card situation seemed tedious and annoying. Everything after went great and I would use the uhaul equipment again in the future. I would suggest being more clear with the payment procedure. I probably will not use the same location.

The truck was dirty, and the lady at the location didn't clean it until after we had returned it. We had to sweep it myself so my mattress and furniture didn't get dirt on them.

he overcharged me with mileage instead of kilometer he charged me with the rate of miles. He told me i will get my refund after two business days but I haven't got the refund yet. Also it takes me too much time to waiting for the paper works to be done. I got this location because it is close to the address where I moved.

I had a hard time understanding the clerk, but I think that was my own fault (early move in, No coffee). The process was not quick because the computer was extremely slow, ended up having to do the pick up on my phone. That was significantly faster. However, because it took 30 mins to get set up I asked to return 30 mins later... owner was reluctant but he agreed! Return was speedy. I would recommend the phone self check out, way faster!!

I was told I could have m own insurance but when I picked up the vehicle I was charged 15$ a day plus tax. I was also charged a 5$ fee which I wasn't aware of.

Demanding a gas receipt or charging for gas when the gauge reads the same as when the vehicle left is unacceptable.

Be sure to tell everyone that they must produce receipts to prove they have added gas before return of the vehicle. We had added gas, did not take the receipt and ended up paying for the gas again on return because we were not believed. Had we been told we would need a receipt we could have taken one.
