I did the online reservation the day before, and everything seems straight forward. Unfortunately, the day that I'm about to pick up the 9-ft van, the staff told me that it is MANDATORY to have the $19 insurance (which I didn't avail through online reservation). There's nothing wrong having an insurance, but please put it in the website and make it visible before we check out with our online reservation. Some people like me are tight on budget and wants to know the ACTUAL amount that I'm about to pay. Hope you'll find time and ways to make this fix. Thank you.
