Great service all around.
MICHAEL WEveryone was kind and friendly. However, the process was a nightmare. After going through the entire process at one location I had to do it all again at a different location. All because I asked if I could get a larger truck than what I had originally scheduled. I’m not upset that I had to go to a different location, I’m upset that I had to go through the entire registration again. I also had to provide my credit card and pay at both locations, which I will now need to follow up to get my money back. This process needs some fine tuning.
