Charles EIt took over twenty minutes to pick up the truck because the system kept crashing, and we were unable to check in beforehand because the app was down. Not the fault of the location, but a wider fault of uhaul.
Cassara KIt was an excellent experience and a great team at this location that I was able to deal with in a very customer friendly way.
