I did have to get it changed the drop off location to this Saks Market - first the person on the counter did not accepted the return and gave me a hard time to get it changed from the u haul back end office whereas the other location who refused the drop off mentioned the location on their behalf. Secondly, I had paid $100 security deposit which they refused to give me back as I was returning at 10 PM in the night ( no where it is mentioned cash is not given back from this time to that time or whatsoever) - so basically now my security deposit cheque is stuck for god knows how many business days.

It’s good service
MILAD EInitially I ordered two dollies but when I came to pick up my UHaul it wasn’t ready and available. U haul was dirty but kinda understandable since it’s winter season.
RANDY NI arrived at 12:20 and the guy at the counter scolded me for being late even though it said I could arrive within the hour.
