We just dropped off the truck and keys. We didn’t see anyone but the location was easy to find with a lot of parking space for the truck.

Very poor signage, no one was at the location. I just left the truck parked near the doors and locked it.

Fritz MAgain, I was notified of a drop off location change, last minute and during my rental trip. Self drop off in a commercial lot. No personnel to ensure drop off was complete. Ended up working out but again quite an inconvenience after I had planned my trip with a different pick and drop off location.
DARCY OWe dropped off the truck at 10:45 am on the day it was due (at 1pm) - wednesday december 10. The process was followed and the keys dropped off. Got a charge on Thursday for an extra day. When customer service called the UHAUL location they told them it was dropped off on thursday. I had to prove with pictures we took that it was done the day before. What a frustrating end to this transaction. Your self service app and process is not good.
