The people in the store have to call some other guy because they don't know what they are doing. Happened at pick up and drop off. Truck was covered in snow. Over charged me after I left the store because they couldn't figure out what to do without calling other guy. I drove the vehicle 1 mile and had the vehicle for 6hours and 20 minutes because I had to scrape the ice and snow off and wait for rental so they charged me for double. Was suppeds to be about 50 paid 110. I will never use this service again.
