I had a very disappointing experience with this U-Haul location. When I picked up the truck, I clearly told the employee that I am not tech-savvy and needed help with the check-in process. Instead of assisting me, he simply sent me a link and expected me to complete everything myself. As a result, I ended up being charged for a dolly, furniture pads, and rental coverage that I never requested or used. When I returned the truck, I noticed the extra charges and immediately brought them up. The original employee wasn’t there, but the person at the counter acknowledged the issue and assured me that I would not be charged. They told me the other employee would be back the next day to complete the paperwork and correct the bill. I even recorded the entire conversation for proof. Despite those assurances, I still received a bill with the higher charges. This is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t be charged for items and services they didn’t select, especially after clearly asking for assistance and being promised that the mistake would be fixed. I expected much better customer service and accountability. I hope U-Haul resolves this issue promptly and improves how it assists customers who need help with the rental process.

Truck had front end damage, when u apply the break the whole front end shakes and when u turn the steering wheel the steering makes loud clunking noise
Catherine MTerrible customer service experience. Had to wait over 1 hour for my rental truck (that I had booked in advance), and still had to hear the incompetent employee saying "it was not his problem". To make it worse, I returned the truck on time, but they waited to process the return until the end of the day and chaged me an extra rental period. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST.
