Amit SI ordered a 15ft truck however the only truck available was a 10ft truck. This meant we had to do multiple trips which extended our move time significantly. Seems everytime I use uhaul there's some issue that comes up. Terrible customer service overall.
MONICA SI paid for 2 furniture dolly’s and didn’t get them. The location said they didn’t have any. Made our move very complicated. Also the check in process was drawn out and they didn’t know what they were doing.
