I emailed to see who I can speak to about a possible refund/reimbursement over the experience I had with my reservation yesterday. First, the employee there was going to let me drive off in a van with a foot of snow on top. I told him I would need something in writing stating I would not be held responsible for any tickets if pulled over, then he decided to clear it. That's just a safety/legal issue that Uhaul should be concerned about. The biggest problem is that my reservation was confirmed as having a furniture dolly, a utility dolly and blankets, but the location had only utility dollies. I had a piece of furniture that REQUIRED a furniture dolly - a large tall HEAVY (well over 300 lbs) cabinet. And that was the sole reason I rented this vehicle. I returned the vehicle full of gas with the blankets and the utility dolly just about 2-3 hours later, after a lot of attempts to move the piece of furniture. Because my reservation was not honored with the equipment I needed, I would like some sort of a refund. I'm not sure why your company failed to fully honor my confirmed reservation.

WILLIAM DYour app works so poorly. It’s glitchy and both pickup and drop off took HUGE amounts of time in the snow.
