The rental was perfectly fine. I would possibly replace the locks used for the pickup/drop box - the locks are rusted and difficult to open.

The self service wasn’t working and I had to wait 20 mins while they called and set it up. The person who was in the office was amazing but your process wasn’t working at all
MARY BLocation was excellent but the check-in process via the app was horrible. It took 25+ minutes to get checked in (including getting the key that was not where the app said it would be), which took away from my rental time. When trying to return the truck the app kept crashing and deleting the pictures I had taken. I eventually had to call customer service to finish the return. The check-out process took another 20 minutes, so of my 2 hour rental I spend 45+ minutes checking in and out.
