The owner was very professional and very helpful. I was very happy with the service at the Derry location. I had called a different location and was put on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up the phone. I would definitely go back to the Derry location if needed in the future.

The guys who took care of me where great, we walked in with no reservation on a busy moving weekend and they made it happen! I will defo innately recommend to family and friends.
lori rthe computer was extremely slow at this location, we watched the loading bar take forever with each click. we were there for 45 minutes to an hour just trying to pick up our rental truck. the guy at the counter, Bill i believe, was also helping customers in between helping us which made our experience take even longer. our time was valuable as we moved this weekend and i was not happy with how this went.
