So glad we found this place! They had vehicles on short notice. Pick up and drop off was easy. One suggestion for improvement would be to mention that people will need to do a initial pick up process of submitting photos that will come in a link to your text messages (we were so eager to start moving that we missed this the first time). Not a big deal, but something we would have done had we known. Thanks for everything guys! We will definitely be back in the future should we need to rent again.

The truck was kind of junk. It got us to our location, but the emergency brake pedal was loose, so the truck kept signaling that the brake was on when it wasn't. The vehicle shook quite a bit after reaching 30 mph, which was unsettling to drive on the highway. The customer service was very friendly and informative, however, I had reserved blankets and a dolley and then was told none were available. Once we got the truck, there was indeed a dolley and blankets in the truck itself, but they were locked up. I've always used Uhaul in the past and this was my only experience which was not great.
Jessica KTruck is old and hard to operate, break is loose and engine lights on and off, the truck doesn’t seem safe to drive.

Aimen HFor the next customer make sure they have the equipment you need when you make a reservation. I ordered the furniture dolly and when i went to pick up the truck he said they didn’t have it so i had to use the regular dolly which caused my move to take longer. Also i was given a truck with less than a 1/4 tank of gas
