They were not responsive/ there the day of drop off even though it said opened. Very hard to get a hold of but they were very very kind when picking up the truck.

Albert LWhen I picked up the U-Haul, unfortunately the gas gauge was so low. It’s at 18 miles until empty. I was a little disappointed that I had to stop and get gas before starting my moving process but other than that, everybody was very nice. I also left some moving blankets in the back of the vehicle and I hope I can pick them up at the location and I try to reach them and left a message with the Main U-Haul
Steven BThe trucks need backup cameras. It’s not safe to drive medium-large size trucks especially when backing up. I unfortunately scratched and bumped someone else vehicle
