Box compartment of truck was dirty with mud & leaves. Roof leaked, furniture got wet. U-Haul has not made any effort to resolve this with me yet.

Checking was slow du to a very slow U-Haul computer. The mileage on the truck was off n listed s less than it actually was. No one at the location verified the mileage or confirmed with me what they had on record.
Jeffrey HAlways fill fuel tank before giving to customer. It makes it more easy when returning the truck and the client stops loosing money because we always end-up putting mode gas than initially given.
Rene LSo glad we found this place! They had vehicles on short notice. Pick up and drop off was easy. One suggestion for improvement would be to mention that people will need to do a initial pick up process of submitting photos that will come in a link to your text messages (we were so eager to start moving that we missed this the first time). Not a big deal, but something we would have done had we known. Thanks for everything guys! We will definitely be back in the future should we need to rent again.
Sharon LThe truck was kind of junk. It got us to our location, but the emergency brake pedal was loose, so the truck kept signaling that the brake was on when it wasn't. The vehicle shook quite a bit after reaching 30 mph, which was unsettling to drive on the highway. The customer service was very friendly and informative, however, I had reserved blankets and a dolley and then was told none were available. Once we got the truck, there was indeed a dolley and blankets in the truck itself, but they were locked up. I've always used Uhaul in the past and this was my only experience which was not great.
