the computer was extremely slow at this location, we watched the loading bar take forever with each click. we were there for 45 minutes to an hour just trying to pick up our rental truck. the guy at the counter, Bill i believe, was also helping customers in between helping us which made our experience take even longer. our time was valuable as we moved this weekend and i was not happy with how this went.
