For the next customer make sure they have the equipment you need when you make a reservation. I ordered the furniture dolly and when i went to pick up the truck he said they didn’t have it so i had to use the regular dolly which caused my move to take longer. Also i was given a truck with less than a 1/4 tank of gas
KENNETH PConvienient location. The man was very patient and kind. The only thing is the chains were dragging after a few miles but i just twisted them a few more times and they were perfectly long enough and off the ground.

NANCY FMake sure the agents are not ignoring mechanical issues. The parking break cables were dragging and almost catching under the under carriage ans needed to be clipped and thrown in the back before a catastrophic issue could occur.after the agent said it was nothing important and it would be its last time on the road anyway(comforting i know) And had many issues having the app load chats, extention options, or 3ven uploading condition photos.
