How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey fraudulently charged me an extra 1500$ and never told me. When I called a week later, they said they’d fix it. They never did and I had to go through my credit card company. Shady business and a terrible experience. The employees were also swearing and being vulgar during my interaction.
Anthony ICharged me for gas after I filled back to where it was at the beginning
William DVery happy with rental from this location. Truck was in good shape. Counter guy was courteous and knowledgeable. Would rent from here again
ANDREW BThey were not responsive/ there the day of drop off even though it said opened. Very hard to get a hold of but they were very very kind when picking up the truck.
