Bryan P.I had a reservation for 10am-6pm, they close at 5"45pm so automatically I would be dropping off after hours. I was verbally told that afterhours drop off was ok. However, when I went to drop off the van the yard was locked and gated. Parking in Long Beach as anyone knows is quite terrible. I was considering leaving the van on a red curb but couldn't get thru the drop off procedures last photo to verify drop off spot. Thankfully they had an exceptional customer service agent Jeffrey Haines who was able to extend my usage 24 hours. BUT, I'm still out $ 20 bucks for the 2 Uber rides I had to take to retrieve my car. Not a great experience from a trusted company like Uhaul. Poor communication and nothing but excuses when I dropped off the unit. I would not use this location again.
