When I return the van. There was a man(manager) who was very rude an a complete ass to me an his co-worker. The young guy who was trying to check me out couldn’t figure out what was going on when I check out online for the van. The manager was rude saying “why are you doing this when it’s suppose to be like another way”. But the manager didn’t give the young guy a chance to explain. The manager should have not treated his coworker like that not me a customer who rents these van every fridays to Saturday’s.

1. A staff member was untrained (not a big deal if they have the proper support; the lead customer rep was very rude and lacking good judgement in dealing with a customer especially while training a new employee) 2. Customer service all around didn't have one ounce of care in my disputes, in which I typically don't fuss much, this situation was another story. 3. Initial quote was cancelled by the time I arrived to pick up the U-haul, therefore I had to open a new quote that felt very inaccurate and possibly fraudulent due to the demeanor of the staff. 4. I returned the vehicle back in the same condition with slightly more gas, but was told I owed money for bringing the vehicle in below the gas marker (100% false) 5. The staff had basically zero interpersonal skills. 6. I believe this was a franchise location that should be audited or supervised of their activities, because I am sure there are a lot of other customers that have been displeased, causing harm to U-haul's reputation

Dog treats and trash and old user agreement was left in vehicle . I went to fill up gas tank and didn’t know where it was on vehicle . So when I returned it , he said “it’s not my obligation to show you where the gas tank was “ and it’s not my responsibility “. So on top of the gas charge I was Charged an additional $30. I would like the owner to please contact me. 5627563286

First off you can’t find the place. And when you do it smells so bad! The guy working the desk is awkward and rude. And finally I drove 10 miles in all, put a gallon of gas in vehicle thinking no vehicle gets 10 miles to the gallon.. and I was still charged $14.. I sincerely hope this location goes out of business.. I will be helping, tweeting, facebooking, and telling everyone I know!

When I arrived to pick up my rental. The guy tried telling me that he didn't feel comfortable renting me the truck. I guess he had it booked in for the morning. Which is not a concern of mine, as I was only renting it for 2 hour. I mention that the quicker I leave here the quicker i can get it back. He then told me that " i would only be able to rent it for only an hour" and that if i didn't have it back by the time they closed that i would be charged an extra fee. Which again, not my problem as i booked online and was told everything was all set. So, not that is 2 problems that this employee has given me. Last... my card has been charged 2 times now and I have no clue why. I was also charge a full days insurance price even tho I was only renting for an hour. I asked if anything could be done with that. It does not make sense that they forced me to pay for a full day insurance if i did not need it. I was told that everyone pays this regardless of the time they rent for. Again now another problem he is giving me instead of solutions. He is very unprofessional, rude, impatient, not respectful of others time, and most inconsiderate. I will be contacting U-haul directly very soon to discuss the double charge on my card. Not happy with this experience as I have used U-haul many times in the past.
