Dog treats and trash and old user agreement was left in vehicle . I went to fill up gas tank and didn’t know where it was on vehicle . So when I returned it , he said “it’s not my obligation to show you where the gas tank was “ and it’s not my responsibility “. So on top of the gas charge I was Charged an additional $30. I would like the owner to please contact me. 5627563286

First off you can’t find the place. And when you do it smells so bad! The guy working the desk is awkward and rude. And finally I drove 10 miles in all, put a gallon of gas in vehicle thinking no vehicle gets 10 miles to the gallon.. and I was still charged $14.. I sincerely hope this location goes out of business.. I will be helping, tweeting, facebooking, and telling everyone I know!

When I arrived to pick up my rental. The guy tried telling me that he didn't feel comfortable renting me the truck. I guess he had it booked in for the morning. Which is not a concern of mine, as I was only renting it for 2 hour. I mention that the quicker I leave here the quicker i can get it back. He then told me that " i would only be able to rent it for only an hour" and that if i didn't have it back by the time they closed that i would be charged an extra fee. Which again, not my problem as i booked online and was told everything was all set. So, not that is 2 problems that this employee has given me. Last... my card has been charged 2 times now and I have no clue why. I was also charge a full days insurance price even tho I was only renting for an hour. I asked if anything could be done with that. It does not make sense that they forced me to pay for a full day insurance if i did not need it. I was told that everyone pays this regardless of the time they rent for. Again now another problem he is giving me instead of solutions. He is very unprofessional, rude, impatient, not respectful of others time, and most inconsiderate. I will be contacting U-haul directly very soon to discuss the double charge on my card. Not happy with this experience as I have used U-haul many times in the past.

The employee working there told me to park on the property in a specific spot while I use the moving truck and said it would be fine. When I returned someone called a towing company and towed my car and I had to pay 289$ so I will not pay the rental fees until someone pays me back the 289$ I had to pay for the towing of my vehicle. Worst experience ever.

Maritsa at front desk was rude and condescending. At one point she told, 'I know you're stressed out'??? Simply because I asked her to double check on my reimbursement on my monthly bill with her manager (I closed storage account with them today). Anyways if I were uhaul I'd make sure if you're going to make this storage unit one of your pick up stations you better make sure you have well trained people and also well mannered people. The people in front of us also seemed irritated and annoyed by her way of being. This person should NOT be doing customer service specially first point of contact / front desk work. Not to mention I paid for 12 furniture paddings and got just 6???? Will never recommend.

I booked the truck five days in advance. I also have my storage here and planned on moving out on that day. When I showed up in the morning, they had no idea that I booked the truck and also gave notice for moving! The are manager's name is Joel and he told me that I had to reschedule my move!!!! They did not bother to look at the reservation the day before and did not plan for anyone moving out at all since they said their elevator has not been working properly. They poorly manage the work flow there, and when they made mistakes, they quickly found ways to dump on the customers instead of trying to fix them. U-Haul is a big company and should not be associated with such poor management of a franchisee like this.

First of all this was not the place I picked online. Thid was 30 miles away from my place. This place had no public parking so I had to drive around looking for a parking for 20 minutes which made me late for the scheduled time the movers were showing up! On top of that, I was ticketed $50 dollars for parking in a neighborhood that i had no idea had street sweeping that day nor was I told by the Uhaul staff when they told me i needed to park in the street!! Unacceptable!!! Uhaul should be reversing me for that ticket!! The reason I selected the place I originally selected was because I needed to leave my car parked there. If there were no trucks available there then don't allow people to select it online and then change the location of pickup the day prior!!! Again, unacceptable!! I will never use uhaul again!! Look at my account, i use Uhaul a lot but not after this!
