Jesse MI was having problems with uhaul customer service to pick up the truck using app so I went inside and they helped me get into the truck I rented fast.
SONIA OCame into the store and the lady at the front desk was not welcoming. They were not prepared with the equipment needed and that I rented. They said the gas was at 1/4 and it was not. It was at 1/8 I brought the tank back the way I got it. I came back with the tank at 1/8. And they STILL changed me for the gas.
Tanisha WArrived just after closing, and they still took time to receive return. Could of easily said to do online return and put key in drop box. I was very appreciative.
