Didn’t report that I had returned the U-Haul.
DESTYNIE BThe pickup location/staff were excellent! Your website allowed me to book a reservation at a location that didn’t exist. I received a phone call and was able to go to a different location. I then received a phone call saying the vehicle I reserved wasn’t actually available. I chose Sun 5/17 because the vehicle I wanted wasn’t available on 5/16, but was available on 5/17. If the vehicle was NEVER going to be an option, why didn’t your online system reflect this? Is this a bait-and-switch tactic, or is your online reservation system that flawed? In the future, if I use U-Haul again, I will contact the location directly to make my reservation

KYLE HThe uhaul trailer I used was a newer one with the ramp. It rained last night. Even though I had the door full closed and locked it leaked a lot of rain in on the crates by the door. There was rain on floor as well. Nothing was ruined. I let the attendant know. He checked it out a little and said he would report it.
