Everything was excellent from start to finish. We rented a cargo van for a 6-hour in-town move between two self-storage units, and the total came to around $80, including the $30 insurance. Next time we’ll probably skip the insurance, but even with it, the van was well worth the money. The rental process was smooth, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we’d definitely rent from U-Haul again. Highly recommended!
Yuji OVery frustrating experience. U-Haul’s system was down on the day of my rental, causing me to wait over an hour for manual processing. On top of that, I was charged nearly 3x the expected amount at the end of the rental, and the issue is still unresolved. The delay and billing problems significantly impacted my moving schedule. Very disappointed with the experience.
