Returned U-Haul on time and checked in with staff. Got a call the next day to ask me when am I returning the U-Haul in a very harsh tone. When I said I already did and please check with other staff, this person just said ok and hung up immediately. The agent that assisted me in getting the U-Haul initially was helpful though. They need to double check themselves prior to calling customers like this.

David EThe employee was rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting us, he repeatedly insisted that we use the mobile app so he wouldn’t have to help. We came to the store expecting customer service, but received none. I don’t understand why staff are there if customers are simply told to use the app. Very disappointing experience.
TAEGO PMobile pick up was very smooth and easy. Owner was there when we were returning the truck and was very kind and helpful.
Amber SEverything was excellent from start to finish. We rented a cargo van for a 6-hour in-town move between two self-storage units, and the total came to around $80, including the $30 insurance. Next time we’ll probably skip the insurance, but even with it, the van was well worth the money. The rental process was smooth, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we’d definitely rent from U-Haul again. Highly recommended!
