Very frustrating experience. U-Haul’s system was down on the day of my rental, causing me to wait over an hour for manual processing. On top of that, I was charged nearly 3x the expected amount at the end of the rental, and the issue is still unresolved. The delay and billing problems significantly impacted my moving schedule. Very disappointed with the experience.
