A lot of mud in the parking lot (which I inadvertently tracked into my truck and then had to clean out). Crowded parking lot in a heavy industrial area. I learned that I need to park the van away from the parking lot, take the pictures for returning my vehicle and then park the truck in the parking area. No room in the parking area to take the necessary pictures.

Craig Ba cramped and water-logged mud lot that backs to major dump truck filling / aggregate vendor. Truck also was unlocked and smelled like urine - had to clean with bleach . Ultimately have had worse uhaul experiences just wear boots… good luck finding a spot to take pics of the vehicle.
JOSHUA FThe key was not put in the box for off-hours pickup. We had to wait for someone to arrive to give us the key. We ended up leaving one hour after we had planned, which put us behind schedule. The van was very dirty with garbage inside. I was surprised that this happened since modstorage has good reviews. No issues with the off hours drop off.
