The clerk at the desk literally lied to my face, looking in my eyes and telling me all 3 of their 9” vans were in use, immediately after I told him that I did not have a reservation made online. He did not want to help me do it in person, therefore I walked out, searched for an available reservation online BECAUSE he told me all of his vans were occupied. Immediately made a reservation for pick up within the next 5 minutes, and it was for the exact location I was standing outside of. Extremely stress inducing for no reason. On top of that, every other aspect of the pick up was absolutely the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with U-Haul.
