How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery easy to pick up and drop off. Did an "after hours" pickup, gate code was emailed to me and worked efficiently. Truck was ready and clean. Drop-off was equally efficient.
Mark BThe place couldn’t tell me if there would be one available, even if I secured one online because they had none and corporate charges them for fuel to transport one from the nearest other u-hall place which was an hour away. So I was uncertain if I was going to have to find a ride to Lakeview Or. or if I’d have one waiting for me on the agreed online agreement. But yes indeed there was one waiting for me when I showed up! Nice people but corporate obviously makes it hard on them because of their location. Overall I’m 100% satisfied!👍

George WThe rig did not sound like it was handling the drive well. The inside cab was extremely dirty. However the people at the uhaul alturas location were extremely nice and so super helpful they backed the truck in for me so it was easier told me where the nearest and cheapest gas station was and were overall super sweet and easy to deal with.
