They need to be more efficient not just having kids work there that don’t know how do things better. They don’t have a basic utility cart or a lock that fit. Seems like this location needs alot of work.

LISA Anothing wrong with this location--it's the corporate policies that are annoying. why should we have to register on an app to drop keys off outside normal hours? Also, very user unfriendly corporate policy to make the customer confirm vehicle condition before renting
