The Ladies were professional , knew their business and were very helpful . I have been to many U-Haul’s all over the US this is the best. Well done and thank you. The only improvement would be Coffee and croissants :)

The service was great but I had trouble with the truck the entire trip
Chris KThe inside of the truck was dirty and there was a small hole in the roof. The app was long winded to check out the truck - would have been nice if known in advance about uploading licences etc as that could have been done and approved before heading out. The check out process took 30 mins!
