Erin at Clover Basin Storage was a pleasure to work with. UHaul systems were operating very slowly which caused check in to take much longer than expected. It didn't bother me, but the care/concern she showed out of respect for my time was huge. The rental was seemless and the service was professional. I've reserved with several other UHaul locations in the area, my first time at Clover Basin, but this is by far the most professional and friendly experience I've ever had at any of them.

Ed FClean the vehicle. It was dusty and had a pair of latex gloves left on the dash. Also, your app is crap. It wasn't working and caused us an hour and 20 minute delay. Waited for the office to open and got excellent service from the lady inside. I did not get her name.

RONALD LQuick and easy to secure the rental, pick it up, and return it! I appreciated the step by step instructions that came via text to document the condition of the vehicle and the clear instructions about expectations upon return. I was able to call in and extend the rental easily and it took that stress out of my children's move.
