The inside of the truck was dirty and there was a small hole in the roof. The app was long winded to check out the truck - would have been nice if known in advance about uploading licences etc as that could have been done and approved before heading out. The check out process took 30 mins!

CRAIG BErin at Clover Basin Storage was a pleasure to work with. UHaul systems were operating very slowly which caused check in to take much longer than expected. It didn't bother me, but the care/concern she showed out of respect for my time was huge. The rental was seemless and the service was professional. I've reserved with several other UHaul locations in the area, my first time at Clover Basin, but this is by far the most professional and friendly experience I've ever had at any of them.
