I had a great experience. I went in early to verify my wiring harness worked. I also learned a bigger trailer could be pulled by my car so I upgraded and took a trailer early. I am glad I did because I needed the extra space.

The pick up and drop off locations were fine and the staff there was helpful. I didn't however appreciate the person who changed my reservation, charged me more for gas, and was incredibly rude. I came to later find out that the person who I spoke with over the phone was corporate. If I can avoid Uhaul in the future I will. Every experience I have had with this company is horrible despite my reservations being made weeks in advance.
