Clerk at drop off location was friendly and pleasant to deal with.
FRANK PHad to go to two locations after the first pick up spot was closed upon arrival.. drive 16 kms to pick up the truck and then charged double billings by the owner operator at mobile mart . As well as the extra kilometers on the truck .. not to mention the 1.5 hours it took to get the truck once at the second location .. not very happy about being double billed..
Joanna MEmployee didn't open store until 20 minutes late . No knowledge of rental. Did not explain any details just here is the keys. He couldn't get the app to work properly.
