I'm being charged for dropping of a uhaul Truck off at uhaul? How is it the wrong one? ITS UHaul!! This makes NO SENSE! If this is a rule your company should change it, after this experience I'll never use uhaul again!

The district manager ( her number is on the door +1 (360) 957-4984 Is amazing she was more then helpful and very Courteous even though I called her late in the evening to help me get my keys out of the locked U-Haul truck I think her very much for her help I would definitely recommend this U-Haul to my friends

There was a “Check Engine” light upon initial startup of the vehicle. This should not happen if the vehicle is properly inspected prior to rental. A process change to do a walk through of the intended vehicle before paperwork would simplify the process. In my case a second truck had to be selected and additional paperwork.

Pretty much all of it was the worst experience I've had with U-Haul. I've rented a lot of equipment from various U-Haul locations and the Oregon Way location in Longview provided far and away the worst customer experience to date. Snarky, unhelpful counter reps and staff that purport to know what a burned fuse looks like sent me on a lengthy, expensive, and frustrating quest to fix a problem that didn't exist but which prohibited me from renting equipment. I made three trips to the U-Haul for one rental and endures three transactions to get one piece of equipment. Excellent customer service is not terribly difficult to provide and 3/4 of the staff (literally three of four people) I interacted with failed miserably.

No clear signage or information indicating where to park the truck after hours. People where parking and leaving their trucks in the middle of the entry lane.

Due to circumstances out of my control I was not able to return the trailer for 2 extra days. I made sure that I was there to return on the 3rd day before the store opened and yet I was still charged with a 3rd day of having the trailer. I found that very frustrating

It was at night. Longview is super sketchy at night. They need more lighting in the parking lot. A very petite woman dropping of a UHaul after dark alone needs a little more security going on. Location was fine, but the first drop off location was an hour and a half from where we were located. When I called, the woman sounded as though I was bothering her. She told me the drop off location was where I indicated. It was in another state! She did however get it moved to the correct location without a hassle. Not very pleased with our experience overall.

The car condition was not comfortable. It makes me scary to driving 600 miles. Hope newer car is better for long distance to drive with rental car. It was good other than uncomfortable during to drive.

No explanation was given for the basics. Like gas use, what type of gas, keep my contract with me, took forever to sign me in because the online check in wasn't working, then had to check me in a second time because I was paying in cash. No where on the site or when I was reserving it, told me there would be a $100 deposit. I was lucky to have that in cash. I was then told to go to a drop off in Vancouver, but I asked to go to a Portland location that is closer because of the pay per mile and I had to Lyft from the drop off location. They told me St. Johns location was a corporate location and I could get my cash deposit back there. I went to St. Johns and they told me my drop off location was in Vancouver. Very unhappy with this because I was told by the St. Johns location I would have to pay a fee to leave it there, and I was running late for work at that point because I had to wait 30 minutes to figure everything out that Longview location didn't. And the Longview location would not pick up.
