I walked into the building and the U-haul worker was up front. He made eye contact with me, then proceeded to go into his office for 20 minutes. I had to go outside and find an employee of the mechanic shop to go into the back and ask him for help. After that, it took almost another 30+ minutes to approve me to get my keys due to a lack of understanding the system.

KRISTINA KWould highly recommend this location. Family run, helpful, friendly. It was my first time renting a U-Haul and I have zero complaints. They went above and beyond to help me out.
Lee NManagement is lackluster and the location is a junkyard. The only employee was chatting on the phone for a long time and wouldn't interact to simply hand over the key across the counter.
