If the hours say 9-5 somebody needs to be there before 11:20. Also one of the tie down straps was so frayed that it was very difficult to thread into the ratchet.

JASON RWe had a rough start. Our truck was not available. We had to drive one hour to Lordsburg to get a truck and one hour back to our home in order to use the truck. It turned out okay, because the local U-haul person was very fair in giving us a good deal for the effort that we went to. Please try not to commit to having a truck available, if you cannot assure that it will be available.
