UHaul completely messed up by assigning me to a pickup location after closing time, which meant I couldn’t pick up my auto transport trailer. After much time on the phone with UHaul, I decided to call this location and ask if they could help me after hours. Without hesitation, they agreed. I cannot thank the people at this location enough for picking up UHaul’s error.
