The truck's shock absorbers were so bad that the car bounced from side to side down narrow streets and was hard to control and keep safe. It was very uncomfortable with the car rocking nearly uncontrollably.

Staff was not that friendly and I asked if they can close my return and I asked if everything was okay and he said yes and I still got charged for gas. The invoice is very confusing to understand.
PEDRAM Myour web site stated .89 cents a mile on your 10ft truck but you charged us $1.39 per mile. Why?
REID OThey promised me equipment to be ready at 4:30 and it was guaranteed I got to the location and they couldn’t see my reservation and they was not ready. I was waiting for 45 minutes.
