JORGE SI paid for a dolly. Was not given my dolly, then was instructed by Uhaul phone representatives to visit 5 different locations across the city to retrieve my dolly. I never ended up receiving my dolly because i was told by multiple Uhaul store employees at different locations that i was not allowed to have any of the dollies i saw in store I ended up having to go to a third party store and purchase MY OWN dolly! I was told on the phone that those miles would not be charged to me because i was instructed by Uhaul on where to go to get them. This entire experience set my move back a whole day! And now im being charged for it. On top of everything else, i was told over the phone that no one even notated my file as promised! I was lied to by Uhaul representatives, charged for services i did not receive, and now im being forced to pay for things that UHAUL MADE ME DO! I have used Uhaul for all my moving needs for years and feel incredibly betrayed by company representatives who think its okay to metaphorically manhandle me and my wallet. This is extortion and i am deeply offended! I literally had to buy my own gear i paid twice i never received my deposit back, and now they want to bill me more and blacklist me from services. What did i do to deserve this???
