The inside was clean but the outside of the vehicle was dirty. Just needed a good washing. Staff was GREAT always takes care of me. Also van didn't have an antennae so the radio didn't work properly the entire time.

Service is GREAT at this location, staff handles business. The only issue is the cleanliness of the vans I've rented. The insides are clean but the outside of the vans are dirty. Maybe need to check into a mobile detail service.

I never got the 20 ft. truck I needed. I had a 10:30 am reservation that was not honored. This move was critical and I am on a budget. Received a flatbed from another location at 3:59 pm. This required 3 trips instead of 1 trip, and I paid my help twice as much as budgeted. A regional supervisor named Jose was to provide a refund. I await a credit to my Boss card. Everything was goid except that I ask to rent a dolly and I ask for the one that is 10$ and instead they gave me the one that is 7$ and still got charge for the 10$ one. That was the only thing and I notice until I was gonna use it. Other than that everything was good.

Communication between call centers and local facilities, due to a lack of communication between the two my move was delayed by 3 days, which ended up costing me additional money that shouldn't have had to pay

Attendant rented me a truck with less than a quarter tank of gas. This truck gets 8 miles to the gallon and I went 6 miles but because the gas tank said less than a quarter tank I was forced to go out of my way to put 2 gallons of gas into this van at a cost of seven dollars rather than just being able to pay the $4.85 charge for the less than 1 gallon of gas I had used. Even after 2 gallons the gas tank did not show itself as being a quarter tank so the attendant lied on my Form. I will never again Brent for this U-Haul because they are liars and thieves and all they had to do was wait the $30 charge to have made this a five star review as the mistake was theirs in renting me a van that had less than a quarter tank of gas before leaving the lot.

Rental contract was unclear about fees, ended up paying twice as much for a van so dirty I couldn't tell if there was cosmetic damage during the inspection. Horrible experience. Will advice everyone I know not to rent from any uhaul at all.

While I was a bit wary of the location- for a midnight rental return, it was well lit and I felt safe. So happy it was easy to return the truck. they had the info updated the following day and closed out!

Online I wanted to order a 24' truck, but was only given the option to rent a 20' truck, which was confirmed. When we arrived to pick up our 20' truck, we were told they only had a 17' truck. Somewhere along the line of communication, there was a breakdown. I really could have used the 20' truck.

On August 8, 2017, I pre-reserved your 8’ truck online to be retrieved at your Western Avenue location (712023) which is very close to my residence, for the convenience and to avoid the lines; however, this was not the case. On August 9, 2017, around 11 am, I phoned U-Haul to make sure the truck I ordered would actually be available for my pickup time at 3:00 pm; she confirmed it would be. I arrived at the Western Avenue (712023)U-Haul truck rental location about 5 minutes early to retrieve my rental truck. There was only one cashier Leonard Cash Jr. who was assisting another customer. While processing the other customer’s order he asked me if I was picking up a vehicle, I told him I had pre-reserved a truck online, he then proceeded to pull up my reservation on his computer, while still assisting the other customer he was also working on my reservation. He contacted the guys outside for the availability of the truck I reserved. He told me to relocate my personal vehicle to the customer parking location and when I returned my reservation would be complete. When I returned to the office he was still working with the same customer. As I waited another customer came in to return his rented truck, so I had to wait and wait and wait while having to endure the customer’s profanity filled phone calls. I pointed out to the cashier that I reserved online so I could avoid the lines. He told me he had to complete the new customer’s return order since this was the truck they were going to give to me. So still I waited and waited and waited, only to find out that the customer returning the truck had some sort of issue with his paperwork and was told to return. Finally, after waiting almost 18 minutes, Leonard gave me my paper work for my truck rental at 3:13 pm and instructed me to go outside to see the guys that would assist me further. I gave the paperwork to the guy outside and soon after he gave them back to me and told me to walk around and inspect the vehicle that was just returned and was completely dirty. I was shocked they were renting me this dirty truck that had not even been serviced before handing it over to me. I inspected the vehicle and was left waiting and waiting and waiting yet again, while the guy assisting me was running all around like he was looking for something, so I asked him what was wrong and he said the keys to the truck were missing. It appeared the customer that returned the vehicle took the keys with him, so I went inside to yet again wait and wait and wait in their air conditioned office while they tried to figure out what to do. They finally decided to rent me the truck that was sitting in their bay area which was the truck that was originally confirmed for me prior to the customer returning his truck and leaving with the keys. Leonard arrived and we walked around to inspect this truck for damages. I discovered a big dent on the right rear side. After signing the paperwork, I got into
