When someone selects the online pick up, you should inform them that they will need to have people be called. Trying to find someone to answer the phone at 8 AM on a Saturday is quite difficult.

I was a little upset at first because of various reasons with customer service and this location as well as 2 other locations before this one, however the staff there all handled me with care and I am appreciative of them!

The drop off process was very frustrating. We were originally schedule to drop off the trailer at another S Western location but it was completely full by the time we got there (after hours). It took forever for us to get ahold of customer service to figure out which location we could be redirected to.

After business hours, there is no person to assist you but the app will take you through the necessary steps to complete your check out. The drop box for the key was east to locate.

Van was in need of wash

When I returned the van, the check in attendant checked my mileage and told me to go back into the check out counter. In there I found a line of people also mistakenly directed inside by the person that wasn't doing his job properly outside. The gentleman inside was polite and professional and was doing the best he could. As I was trying to leave the parking lot, the same attendant that checked my car in was forklifting giant crates into a truck blocking the exit. After waiting for over 10 mins he cleaned enough room that would allow me to exit the lot. As I am trying to drive away the attendant starts backing up his forklift threatening to hit my car until he stopped a couple of inches away from my passenger door. He started cursing at me and screaming louder and louder to a point that the customer disrespect wasn't the point anymore, I was concerned his aggression outburst would cause physical damage to my car or myself. I sympathize with people that have to work on weekends (as I often do) and understand there might have been issues regarding timing or where to park that giant truck for loading. One way or another an employee should NEVER speak to a customer that way. A person should never speak to another that way.
