This is not the first time that I have had trouble with Uhaul. I had the truck less than 2 hours. They took an $80 deposit from my account. When I bought the truck back, they should have credited my account for $ 48.21. On Friday the 19th when my account was not credited, I called my bank who told me to try and solve it with the merchant before disputing it. I called Uhaul customer service who told me it is not unusual for them to not close the transaction. Furthermore, she gave me this long number 74445007138200119324394 and told me that I must call my bank back to have the money credited. My bank thought that was outrageous, and told me that they don't get approval numbers from merchants. I am now disputing the whole deposit with my bank. Since when are customers required to do the leg work of a company after service? Also the fact that the customer service agent mentioned that it's not unusual for them not to close a transaction after service is ludicrous! All this after having a problem with Uhaul earlier this month to which I was still unsatified? Not fair to the customer.

I had Reserved mi rental a day before- on the day of rental the unit was not available i had reschedule 5 different times moving from 1 location to 5 different locations. From 8 am until 12.00 was able to get mi rental. and had to drive over 4 hrs to multiple stores to have the trailer available. I had this problem 4 times already which i feel very upset due to my family was waiting for me to return to be able to take them on camping day....

We arrived to pick up the truck and greeted by a young lady that seemed to have a bad attitude. We witnessed her being rude to an older gentleman ahead of us. Come to find out she was the manager, Iris. Apparently, she is known for her attitude and condescending tone.

There's nothing more you can do. I've rented here numerous times, and it's become my favorite place for rentals. The staff is always prompt, professional and extremely helpful. This says a lot for where this lot is located. They operate much better than some of the U-Haul lots near the South Bay area. I've never had an issue at this location and that means a lot to me when I'm spending money. Thanks for this opportunity.

In general uhaul is littered with hidden fees and shitty service. I generally don't think it's the employees fault, I get the impression that it's coming from the top down. My biggest complaint is that I couldn't ask for one furniture pad, I had to rent a plastic bag of five and once I returned I was informed that if I didn't refold and pack the shitty plastic bag of furniture pads that I would be charged $25. It's a perfect example of how bad the hidden fees are. All in all I was charged aver $100 for my 4 hour trip in a "$20" a day vehicle. Oh and I was also told that if I didn't return the van within the estimated time Frame I gave that I would be charged for a second day despite the fact that a one day rental is a 24 hour rental. So, in other words, by having the decency to give the rental location an estimate of when is have their vehicle back to them I risked more bullshit fees. All this just to borrow a junk van. I hope to one day be able to say I never need your services again. But as there isn't much in terms of a competitor for you, the only appropriate term I can think of for this feeling you give me is "I'm fucked." Thanks for listening.

I requested a different drop off location when reserving my uhaul, this location was unclear with me about the return, i was under the impression i was good to go and when i arrived at the drop off location they charged me almost 5 times my original estimate.
