Worst customer service I've ever experienced from start to finish. I've rented Uhaul's many times with zero issues, but the complete and utter disrespect I received throughout this experience has been mind blowing. To start, my reservation was changed 3 times in the matter of two weeks, including the final time the day before at 4pm to change my location 30 minutes further way and 2 hours later. I realize this stuff happens so I kinda just rolled with the changes because I had no choice. Then, the customer service representative at the rental location said no more then two sentences to me while wearing her sunglasses inside at her desk. "I need to take a photo of you. Please sign the pen pad." Turns out the complete lack of communication ended up with me wasting 3.5 hours on my moving day and getting hung up on the phone by a Uhaul employee as I was explaining to them the situation. Then, after all that they tried charging me more money upon returning the trailer driving me nuts once again, only to realize I actually didn't owe anymore money. Just mind blowing stuff. I'm bummed that all this happened and Uhaul showed zero respect back towards me at all so let's just say I will no longer be going to uhaul for my rentals.

Obvious damage on the trailer did not have the stickers applied showing aknowledged previous damage and they had no stickers available. Left me not sure if I would be held responsible for existing damage.

The website stated quick check in and out via website, but this location doesn't do it. 4 people behind us received a 10' truck before we did because our truck needed a battery. They forgot to place the dolly in the trunk, had to hire help, pickup time was 8:00AM didn't leave the location until after 10:30. Unacceptable. The week prior we rented a uhaul in long beach, no issues at all. I will NOT come back to this location.

the battery went dead and i had to wait on roadside assistance for 4 hours which when they came they couldnt jump the battery.So they left without telling me why,si i had to call and they told me it was a battery problem.then your company had the fuckin nerve to want me to wait for a battery car to come out and said it was gonna be a hr,smdh.so i took it upon myself to leave the truck therte which was only a mile from the branch.Somebody at the branch should of taken that responsibility to pick the truck up and let me go on about my day.I LITERALLY WAITED FOR 4 HOURS.THATS UNACCEPTABLE AS I HAD THINGS TO DO.I MISSED MY 11OCLOCK GIG THAT I PLAY PIANO FOR MY CHURCH BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF COMMUNICATIOPN WITH THE BRANCH AND ROADSIDE SERVICE.I FEEL I SHOULD GET A FREE RENTAL FOR THIS UNNECESSATY INCONVENIENCE.THIS SITUATION WAS HANDLED HORRRIBLY AND IVE BEEN A COSISTANT CUSTOMER THIS SUMMER.I FEEL THAT YOUR COMPANY HAS NO RESPECT FOR MY FUCKIN TIME AND I WANT TO BE FULLY REIMBURSED,YOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SUCKS!!!!!IT SHOULDNT TAKE 3 DAM HRS TO COME A MILE AWAY FROM THE BRANCH.BOTTTOM LINE YALL DROP THE BALLL.LUCKILY I WASNT IN A FUCKING DESERT WITH NO WATER OR I WOULD HAD A HEAT STROKE.IM SO DISSAPOINTED ON HOW THIS WAS HANLDED.IF I DON T GET FULL REIMBURSED I WILL DEFINETLY REPORT HTHIS INCIDENT TO BBB

I was shocked to hear that the vehicle that your staff tried to rent me, a black senior citizen, was very dirty; and the stafdf member said all of your vehicles are dirty. After I refused to take the vehicle, they came up with a "clean" vehicle. Discrimination is still "alive and well" at your establishment. No, I would not recommend it to anyone!

I had an overall great experience, but my Van was dirty on the outside. I would just recommend to at least give the vehicles a quick wipe down before being rented at least. I got the job done thought!??

Eventhough the truck was dirty on the inside of cup holder it was full of water. And waited in line for almost 40 minutes before even receiving my truck. The.workers were extremely nice and welcome me. And because of the great staff service I can totally ignore the long line and dirty truck
