The battery was dead in the truck, we tried to call U-Haul to bring us another truck but no one ever answered after two hours on hold, I bought battery cables and a wrench because the bolt was loose. I want reimbursement for the $30 that I spent on cables and a wrench.John P.

the location was great, the personnel was great, and so was the gear. My complaints are this: The uhaul website is worthless. Why have a site where I can select what trailer I want at which location, to only be called by uhaul AFTER you reserve to be told the vehicle is at another location? Its completely a waste of time to be able to "reserve" the vehicle where its the site says it IS at, and be told 15 mins later, it is somewhere farther away. Also, you should be able to modify same city/town drop offs. I had a closer location to drop off my trailer, but was told this would incur a fee because it was not the same location as pick up. Just a few areas of customer service that Uhaul should update and make it easier to rent.John C.

Truck had water bottles in it and old phone case in the glove compartment. It had a lil over have a tank but on the paper was line before full. It's COVID going on do much better and had to clean and wipe stuff down my selfKEIYON C.

I reserved a uhaul 3 blocks from my house to be picked up with the app at 7am. When I got to the location I could not use the â€œpick up my truckâ€ button on the website it kept telling me the truck would be â€œhand deliveredâ€ at 10am. After sitting out in the cold for an hour waiting for someone from customer service to pick up she was only able to get me a reservation for a truck 45 minutes away. I had to pay for an Uber there and back not to mention it took an extra 2 and a half hours to get my truck. I pod for movers to sit around and do nothing for 2 hours. I had to pay them extra and I had to pay for extra daycare for my dog. I am very disappointed with my uhaul experience. I would not recommend it to any of my friends or family.Kallie D.
