Beware this Owner! He forges contracts to submit new forms different than the ones completed online for the 24/7 pickup. I already confirmed the estimate and pickup time and once I arrived he redid all the paperwork and submitted it and I SIGNED NOTHING. He then proceeded to charge double what the atinare was and the mileage was changed. I drive <5 miles and he estimated 70 miles and charged the full amount. I’ve used U-Haul for many years, and I’ve never left a bad review until today. I am genuinely concerned for the innocent people being stolen from like this please don’t be a victim!
