Thriftee is a breath of fresh air for renting a U-Haul in Los Angeles. I've rented from several different locations and this one is far and away the best. And, no offense, but your app sucks ass. Your corporate greed has forced people to an experience devoid of human interaction. Thriftee has actual human customer service which is what sets them apart. And here you are....b-b-b-but what about the shareholders!
