I made a reservation at a location close to me that had the trailer I needed to rent. Then a day or so before pickup, U-haul changed the pickup location and I had to drive an additional 80 miles to get the trailer. One would think if you made a reservation at a location, U-haul would make sure they had the equipment there and ready for you.

Samuel Moriginally uhaul had me dropping off in Ironwood only to find out the drop off site was not taking equipment. That would have been useful to know ahead of time
