I went to return the truck and I was told that the gas gauge was not on 3/4's of a tank because when I rented the truck in Lexington Kentucky at the Maryland Avenue location in was on 3/4 of a tank. When I put gas in the truck it was on 3/4's of a tank but as I went to turn in the truck, I was informed by the representative it wasn't on 3/4's. I was upset and went back to the Krogers gas station and put an additional $10 after having already putting $15 in the tank and proceeded back to the U-Haul company and asked for receipt it took forever about two hours because the representative didn't know how to complete the transaction he had to call for what to do and there were other customers and he was avoiding me because I was pissed at the treatment I received. It was horrible and I was on a time crunch because there was a event that the people helping me had to attend an event back in Lexington Kentucky and it caused them to be extremely late for there engagement. I am so DISSATISFIED...both of these businesses do not need to be in operation the professionalism and business practices is and was HORRIBLE! And U-Haul needs to evaluate there business practices of whom is under there umbrella because I dealt with 5 U-Haul business last week and ALL were unprofessional and caused me the customer unnecessary hardship and grief trying to move furniture to my daughter for her apartment at. You may not care because you have domince in this business field but taking advantage of a consumer who's only trying to do what's right and helping there daughter with limited income is not appreciated not at all......

CORNELIA MThe people working here try very hard and were quick to try and solve the problem with the car hauler. Location was fine albeit very limited in their offerings. The hauler had issues with the safety chain and tire. Not their fault I assume
