I had the worst experience I have ever had with UHAUL. Apparently, the truck was double-booked. The employee at this location was unwilling to even try to rectify the situation. When he was told that I had a reservation, which had been confirmed the day before, he refused to even look into the situation to see what could be done. I was very upset, and he threatened to call the police on my sister and me because we weren't "listening to him". He wasn't listening to us either. After driving all the way from TN to find out that there is no truck available and there was no effort to resolve the situation, I can imagine anyone would be upset. I had to call UHAUL myself and get more information. And, after two different people informed him that I was in fact supposed to have the truck that was on the lot, he still refused to give me the keys. I had to call UHAUL a second time to have them speak to the employee to give me the keys, even after it had been explained that the other customer was going to go to another location to get their truck. I was extremely disappointed in how the employee handled this situation. I am BEYOND grateful to Michelle, Mr. Troy, and Stacy, who work for UHAUL. They went out of their way to help that day, and it was greatly appreciated.

Slight language barrier. My reservation was online and I did not already have an account. So, upon arrival, I was unable to understand directions as I’m not bilingual. Took awhile

BORYS II dropped off U-Haul on time and put key in drop box along with a full tank of gas.
Brian WI went to return the truck and I was told that the gas gauge was not on 3/4's of a tank because when I rented the truck in Lexington Kentucky at the Maryland Avenue location in was on 3/4 of a tank. When I put gas in the truck it was on 3/4's of a tank but as I went to turn in the truck, I was informed by the representative it wasn't on 3/4's. I was upset and went back to the Krogers gas station and put an additional $10 after having already putting $15 in the tank and proceeded back to the U-Haul company and asked for receipt it took forever about two hours because the representative didn't know how to complete the transaction he had to call for what to do and there were other customers and he was avoiding me because I was pissed at the treatment I received. It was horrible and I was on a time crunch because there was a event that the people helping me had to attend an event back in Lexington Kentucky and it caused them to be extremely late for there engagement. I am so DISSATISFIED...both of these businesses do not need to be in operation the professionalism and business practices is and was HORRIBLE! And U-Haul needs to evaluate there business practices of whom is under there umbrella because I dealt with 5 U-Haul business last week and ALL were unprofessional and caused me the customer unnecessary hardship and grief trying to move furniture to my daughter for her apartment at. You may not care because you have domince in this business field but taking advantage of a consumer who's only trying to do what's right and helping there daughter with limited income is not appreciated not at all......
