I just want to really Thank Nick the sale associate that stuck with me to the end, when my reservation didn't go through on time. He is an awesome young man. It is very rare to find young men like him in today's time. I was very pleased so blessed to work with him. I feel all customer service should have a business full of Nicks. There is one thing I had a problem with. I made reservation and when I went to pick it up. A walk-in came and rented and my reservation didn't finally go through until went to pick it up, but it was too late. It seems like every time I want to make a reservation online, it never works in my favor. I have to bank on driving around because my reservation never goes through on time for me.

Richard WEmployees were not friendly. Process was very slow. Both from employees standpointand cell service was atrocious to complete the check in process. Inquired about a discount on the rental fee due to having to travel 30 miles further than original reservation site. And was told that is not their problem and the employee walked away.
