Time it takes to go through process of returning after hours. We had to go back and forth between the truck and drop box three, because it kept asking for more photos. There should be a clearer warning, that you should stay by the truck until it tells you take your keys to drop box now. Other than that it wasn’t difficult at all, and we loved Nick at Ace, who gave us excellent service.
