I rented a 15' weeks ago! Showed up, got attitude from the store bc they weren't open even tho I was booked for 8am. Another lady got to the counter before me and decided to switch to a 15'. I walk up and they magically can't find my reservation and the lady got the last 15'. I was offered a 20' but told them I'm not paying more than what I was expected to pay. He was going to match it but that truck doesn't fit down my ally. I went with a 10' which wasn't big enough. The dolly was forgotten so I had to go back. I ordered blankets I thought but was never charged and didn't get them. They brought out an appliance dolly which your site told them I booked. I did not. Bringing the truck back, they once again couldn't find my reservation. I was told I don't need to take any photos for return so under my profile might show those. The only nice thing about this was the price. I'm also confused why I can't drop off at another location for the same price. Insane rate for a different location but it is what it is.
