Had to wait a while to get different equipment since it wasn't inspected well enough to notice that it was broken and could not be used.

WILLIAM BRented a 20’ uhaul for about 1 hr and 15 min (18 total miles). I replaced the fuel to what it read on the gauge when I picked it up (I have the fuel receipt/aprox 2 gallons) and the employee who checked it in, charged me an extra 3 gals $20 onto my bill. He said he would check it in later because he was busy doing something, so I wasn’t there to verify it with him. Once I got my emailed receipt, it was added to the bill. I’m less than impressed by Ace of O’Fallon. Rent it from somewhere else. They are doing shady business there.
