I was given the wrong truck and the truck was not ready for pick up when I arrived.



Maybe you could make sure that your customers aren’t charged nearly $700 for 11 days of rental usage after said customer returned the UHaul. Is this a random incident, NO! It happened to me yesterday. I will absolutely NEVER use UHaul again, and I will be sure to spread this message of dissent towards your companies half ran operation all over social media.

The area felt unsafe. Luckily, I am a young man who came with another person. I would not recommend anyone coming alone. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

No pads and no Dolly!!! Needed my van at 8. The store you sent me to opened at 10:00. He was 22 minutes late opening! Piss poor. I should be comped!. There was a dog kennel left in the back of my vehicle too!

They dont have any of the supplies offered on the website. The charged me for them anyway. They opened a whole hour and a half late. The store owner made inappropriate comments. They didn't check my vehicle back in until after I complained about it to customer service. The only saving grace was the awesome customer service center that worked diligently to correct the issues and gave me a refund. He followed up and apologized several times.

Very bad part of down. After hours drop off felt very dangerous. No clear place to drop the truck. Also, it took until Tuesday to get the email letting me know they had the truck (dropped it Sunday night). I would suggest having this location removed from one way drop off maps in Louisville. There are plenty of other spots to drop.

I’ve been waiting for them to close me out for a week. I’ve had a pending charge on my account. I called and messaged serval times through the week and got no response. I finally was able to stop by, for the teller to tell me they cannot close me out because someone stole all the batteries out of all the trucks. I have to wait for mechanics to come fix them all, so they can get the miles. I then receive an email saying i owe double my estimate from costumer service. How do they have the information, if the teller is telling me the batteries we’re stolen. I’m just very confused and upset about the matter. My estimated price was 109. And now I’m begin told it’s 230.

Truck was brand new with only 13k miles. How do you give someone a truck that hadn’t been cleaned out? Need to improve customer service and gave me no print out of services. I asked if any one inspect truck upon my return and everyone just set and looked at me. So finally I asked again and still no one came. I was told that I haul would be responsible for that and not them. At this time I still don’t know what is coming out of my account and if truck cleared inspection after setting there overnight.

My return receipt say I returned the truck a 3:06 pm but I returned it at 10:00 am, because of this I was charged an extra day.

This location was in an unsafe part of town, the man was not friendly at all and unwilling to assist with the truck parked in the back of his store. There were men doing drugs outside of his store. The truck was dirty on the inside and had a foul odor coming from the vents. There were no moving blankets or ramps provided. The mileage that was written on the ticket was inaccurate by 2,000 miles. It was just a really bad experience and I would never recommend this location to anyone. Called customer service and the agent just made notation and didn't seem to take issues seriously.

The whole thing, back and front, was dirty and smelled awful. We were sent 13 miles across town from the location we confirmed. They only gave us a $20 credit which didn’t even cover the extra mileage. It took forever because the store’s computer kept freezing and we missed the appointment to pick up what we needed to pick up. Horrible experience!

Terrible experience. The truck was filthy, the clerk that was helping me left all my paperwork attached to the key. The dolly they gave me had broken plastic on the handles which stabbed me with every load. The truck was rented to me with a quarter of a tank of gas. And the brochure was in french?
