This location is an absolute scam. I was charged for insurance I never asked for and never agreed to. The employee added it on without confirming anything with me. On top of that, he tried to hit me with a “cleaning fee” because a couple of small twigs blew into the trailer — something any reasonable location would have just brushed out. The equipment wasn’t clean, the service was unprofessional, and the whole experience felt like they were looking for any excuse to squeeze extra money out of customers. Avoid this location at all costs. I’ve rented U-Haul equipment many times and have NEVER dealt with anything like this. This place gives U-Haul a bad name.
