When we arrived we were told the u haul site eas down. There was a guy ahead of us waiting on a trailer. We called u haul, and after being tranferrd a couple of times, the associate checked us in from his location. He also checked the guy waiting for the trailer in. We were waiting 30 minutes up til that time. Other than that all was well. Hi

DENG KIt’s just the point that you send a customer text to verify things about the equipment that he picks up whereas before it was always inspected and checked before you left with it they wrote down everything on a sheet on a clipboard and now you want to text the customer and have him send you pictures of the equipment that he’s getting if there’s any damages or anything wrong with it it’s up to the Customer to know that so that he doesn’t end up being accountable for it. I just don’t see where that’s the customers problem to do I mean, usually it was a teammate from the location and the Customer both walked around looking at different things and discussing it so you know whatever.
