Watch who has u haul contract. The trucks be dirty but they want to charge a cleaning fee.. it stinks like cigarettes and weed. I had to Lysol and clean it before I could drive it.

I will file a complaint if I do not hear from customer service or a customer service manager. I was charged for the truck being “late”. I usually have the trucks I rent from you all until 5. I received a call around 2 saying it was late & needed for another customer. I said that’s crazy that you all would have it reserved an hour after. I have never had this particular experience with a Uhaul & I want my extra charges refunded. Things can always delay a move & I feel like it was poor judgement for a business to double book a truck. I want the full amount of $79.99 refunded. Terrible experience.
MAYI Uwaited for over 30 mins while the guy tried to figure out how to use the system, and than had to wait for the store owner to get out the bathroom to finish it. they didnt extend my rental to accomodate the time i spent waiting.
