The lady I dropped the truck off with was excellent

JERRY TI made a reservation for Crestwood pickup, 24 hrs later it was changed to fernwick. 40 miles out of my way, the day before. Made it very complicated when operator tells me I have no options. Keep your website up to date. Your false advertising and availability of equipment did not match what I purchased/rented.
