Horrible experience - employees not there, sign on door with phone numbers to call. Called listed number, no answer, started to walk around building, and one employee walked out of locked door holding a cell phone wanting to know what I wanted - then second employee peeks around a corner - there were two people sitting inside out of view of door with the sign to call. I asked employee a question about fuel level, and was yelled at. Charged $11.05 for 1/16th tank of gas, truck has no markings on fuel level from 1/4 to 1/2 - checked out at 7/16 (Ohio measurement) and returned at 3/8 (KY measurement) - all discretionary since there are no marks. When questioned employee raised voice and started yelling for me to call corporate that there was not anything he could do. Proceeded to tell me two different stories on how fuel is determined, got keys to start up truck told me to come check level myself and take picture. He started the truck, I took a picture, then he almost ran me over to get the truck to "more level ground" for a better read. Drove off around the corner and parked to get his camera out, I took another picture, same level - between 1/4 and 1/2. Absolutely horrible experience, unprofessional employee, would NEVER return to that location.

Office had staffing challenges and several customers waiting in line when I arrived so I told attendant I would wait until later but would be back , confirmed closing time as noon. I also checked in online. when I returned at 11;45 the doors were locked. After knocking someone came from back but had to call in atteendant to return to the office to help me. Then, Vehicle had low tire light on it when I got in it. I tried to ask the attendant to check the tire for me but he was already driving away without waiting to make sure everything was ok.

I would have loved to be able to pick up this Uhaul closer to my home. There is a Uhual much closer to me than this location but they did not have the size truck I needed.

The requested dolly was not available for use. The contact, which states someone is available to answer questions 24/7, never responded to my call. Although hours were posted for the return on Monday, no one was available in the office. It took six days to receive a receipt.

The store was 45 minutes late opening! which means customers had to wait 45 minutes to an hour later than scheduled to get their trucks. I had to call a manager several times for over 20 minutes just to get someone to come open the store and my whole move was effected. Totally unacceptable.

The phone line on Google is incorrect. I had to drive to the location to reserve my Van which i didnt need to till the afternoon. When I came back i stood outside for 7-8 minutes waiting because the door was locked and I had to call the guy to come to the front. Same thing happened when i dropped off rental.

We returned the UHaul the same day we rented it. We were wrongly charged $190 because they put it in the system we kept it two extra days. When we tried to fix this issue we called for two days straight and got no answer and their voicemail was full. Finally after being on hold for an hour I contacted UHaul’s customer service and they were able to help.

My experience with U-Haul was very poor and below average. I asked for the small truck with the ramp and I receive a small truck without a ramp. That U-Haul location could not switch me out because there were no other trucks available and I had already hired movers for that day! When requesting the reservation on the phone I asked the lady if I can pick up on Chamberlain Lane across from a Ford Kentucky Truck plant and she said yes it will be available to pick up there. Upon arrival I waited 30 minutes before being seen because of other people in front of me. Once I got to the counter I was told my trucks is at another location. Yes I did get an email saying it was on Fenwick but I thought since I had asked for the chamberlain lane location I thought that Fenwick was off of Chamberlain Lane. I reserved a utility dolly and that was not available at the scene so I had to get a regular dolly which was very rough moving a washer and dryer from the basement with a lot of steps and no safety straps. I emailed a customer complaint. Someone has my contact number and is supposed to get back with me. It's been Saturday since I left my complaint but I believe the lady said that someone should be getting back with me between 3 business days which I am waiting very patiently for having to know that I had to pay full price for a bad rental experience and awful time!

Clerk was not very helpful. Also, I did not choose this location, I chose a location close to where I was staying. For some reason, the district manager switched me to this one which had no supplies (tape, boxes,etc) and was entirely out of my way
