Only problem I had was at checkin I could not get the app to recognize my location so I ended up just leaving the truck there and dropping the key off.

It was a friendly and easy experience, but we have a state mask mandate and the employee wasn't wearing one. As someone with a health condition, I would have appreciated that basic courtesy. When the pandemic is over, or if a mask was worn, I would recommend.

Paul with fenwick storage was great. The uhaul representative wasn't working the day I picked up the first truck and Paul helped get me set due to the uhaul not being ready to go for my mobile pickup. They didn't have the Extra equipment that I had rented either. Paul said they'd never had the furniture dollies but was able to give me an appliance dolly even though we didn't know where to find the number for the one I had rented. Now I'm returning another truck that I picked up from the same place and it's taking longer to return than the first truck I rented did. Not very happy with this experience at all and will pay more to go with another company next time if this doesn't end in a free rental next time we move.
I returned the equipment late at night and followed the instructions on the app to return the keys and not be charged an after hours service fee. However, the next day I was still charged $20 for an after hours service fee. Once I contacted Uhaul they returned the fee, but this place should have never charged me for it to begin with.
We reserved a dolly and furniture pads for our move. We were scheduled to pick up the truck at 7:30 and since they open at 9:00 on saturdays, we used the mobile app to complete the check in process. That was fine, but they did not put the dolly and pads on the truck so we had to go through this huge ordeal to get those items at another location and then drop them off at a different location from the truck. Such a hassle that we didn't need in addition to moving a household.
Odd to drop keys off at a location that is closed. Good thing I had the know how to use the website to return the truck using my phone. The rep I called to see if I could return an hour late was not helpful or customer oriented. She spoke to me short and sounded irritated. I still returned it on time. I think u haul should let customers know about the truck drop off and give them heads up. Some may not be able to do that kind of drop off

You need to modify your automated check in procedure. I had already dropped the off the trailer and left before I received the text regarding checking in. I didn't see the text until two hours later.

The upickup service is less than good. I tried it on the website and gave up after several frustrating minutes. Staff at this site were extremely helpful. They got me going very quickly and everything was 100% correct on my order. Very good experience.
Lady behind the counter was rude. No assistance in locating trailer connecting,or connected correctly. Guidance provided was, trailer is around back and have a safe trip.
Office needs a good cleaning, trucks needs to be cleaned inside and out before renting.
I had a reservation at another location when I went to pick up my truck they didn't have any trucks and sent me to another location to get a truck that was smaller than My reserved truck. The person at bluegrass rental the first location was rude and unapologetic. He did not care at all. I will not rent from U-Haul ever again.
No I would not recommend this location or uhaul to a friend as this location randomly charged 75.51 to my card with NO EXPLANATION.
We arrived to the location at 9am and nobody was there. We waited for about 10 minutes and then decided to call U Haul to figure out what to do. We were placed on hold for a long time and then promised we would be called back. This call back never happend and we had to repeatedly call customer service and I had to basically have a melt down before they would take the situation seriously. We had to be out of our apartment by a specific time and the lady who was supposed to open Fenwick Storage was an hour late because she apparently overslept. Once she got there she was rude to us and acted like nothing was her fault. The whole experience was awful and we had to scramble to get ourselves packed by the time we were supposed to be out. We will no longer be using U Haul and will instead use Penske in the future. Very, very bad experience.
Dropped trailer off when closed so did not see anyone.
Staff ready and willing to hook up the trailer, check tail lights, etc. Great experience!
